VALTINSU Brand Month runs from November 1 to November 30, 2026. Join us for a month-long celebration filled with exclusive bike deals, exciting giveaways, special rewards, and the launch of the EM5 Ultra Storm!

How do I join the Spin to Win, and what can I win?

Simply enter your email on our Brand Month event page to receive one free spin! You could win $20, $50, or $100 coupons, a Color Kit, or even a free VALTINSU electric dirt bike. No purchase is necessary to participate!

Are there any additional gifts or bonuses during Brand Month?

Absolutely! Customers who purchase an eligible VALTINSU electric dirt bike between November 1 and November 30 will receive an extra year of warranty. Plus, enjoy additional savings with our Brand Month spend-and-save offers!

Are there any special giveaway events during Brand Month?

Yes! We're hosting two exciting Instagram giveaways:

How does the Brand Month spend-and-save offer work?

Enjoy extra savings when your eligible order reaches the following amounts:

  • Spend $2,000, get $100 off.
  • Spend $3,000, get $150 off.

Accessories are excluded from the qualifying order subtotal. Only eligible products count toward the discount threshold. The two discount tiers cannot be combined.

How will giveaway winners be notified?

Spin to Win winners will be notified through the email address provided during entry. Instagram giveaway winners will be contacted through our official @VALTINSU account. Please keep an eye on your inbox and our official social media announcements!

Can rewards be transferred or exchanged for cash?

Brand Month prizes and promotional rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law. Please refer to the official promotion rules for complete details.

What happens if I return or cancel my order?

If an order is canceled or returned, promotional benefits associated with that purchase, including the additional year of warranty, may be adjusted or canceled in accordance with our return policy and campaign terms. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.
